Tomato Egg Rice

Ingredients:

3.0 pieces of egg

0.25 teaspoon of white pepper

0.25 teaspoon of garlic powder

0.01 pinch of salt

2.0 cloves of garlic

1.0 tablespoon of scallions

4.0 medium of tomatoes
-
2.5 tablespoons of ketchup
-
1.0 tablespoon of soy sauce
-
1.0 teaspoon of MSG
-
1.0 teaspoon of white pepper
-
1.0 tablespoon of corn starch
-
2.0 tablespoons of water
Instructions:
- Mix seasonings (white pepper, garlic powder, salt) and eggs in a bowl, then scramble eggs in a pan until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and scallions to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and let simmer until they break down.
- Add in tomato sauce seasonings (ketchup, soy sauce, MSG, white pepper).
- Combine eggs with the tomato sauce, top with the corn starch slurry, and stir to thicken and combine.
- Enjoy with rice and butter.
