1.0 Tbsp of Olive Oil

90.0 ml of Salt Reduced Soy Sauce

90.0 ml of Water

15.0 g of Minced Garlic

10.0 g of Minced Ginger

1.0 Tbsp of Chilli Paste (Gochujang)

40.0 g of Honey
-
15.0 ml of Rice Wine Vinegar

10.0 ml of Sesame Oil

3.0 g of Cornflour Mixed With Water
(optional)

130.0 g of Cooked White Rice
(optional)

0.0 of Black & White Sesame Seeds

0.0 of Spring Onion/Scallions

Instructions:
- Ensure the oil is piping hot before placing the chicken in the pan to prevent it from soaking into the cornflour.
- Alternatively, consider air frying or oven baking the chicken.
- Mix the cornflour with water separately and slowly incorporate into the sauce while stirring until the desired consistency is reached.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Heat the second portion of olive oil in a pan.
- Add minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, water, chilli paste, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add the cornflour mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Coat the cooked chicken with the sauce.
- Serve with optional cooked white rice, garnished with black & white sesame seeds, spring onion, and sliced red chilli.
