High Protein Cheesy Garlic Chicken Rolls

650.0 g of chicken breast (diced)

1.0 tsp of garlic powder

1.0 tsp of onion powder

1.0 tsp of smoked paprika

0.5 tsp of cayenne

200.0 g of 0% fat cottage cheese

60.0 g of 0% fat Greek yoghurt
-
50.0 g of light mayo (Heinz lighter than light)

20.0 g of garlic paste
-
0.5 lemon of lemon juice
-
1.0 tsp of honey
-
0.5 tsp of black pepper
-
0.5 tsp of onion powder
-
80.0 g of grated mozzarella
-
80.0 g of grated cheddar
-
0.0 of chopped parsley
-
8.0 of protein tortillas (Mission)
Instructions:
- Season the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the seasoned chicken in a pan until fully cooked through and set aside.
- For garlic sauce, mix cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, light mayo, garlic paste, lemon juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and onion powder in a bowl until smooth.
- Prepare the rolls by placing some cooked chicken, garlic sauce, grated mozzarella, and grated cheddar onto each protein tortilla.
- Add chopped parsley onto each roll and fold to form burritos.
- Toast the rolls in a pan folded side down to seal each burrito.
- Allow the rolls to cool before wrapping individually in foil for storage.
- To reheat, remove foil, wrap in a wet paper towel, microwave for 5-6 minutes, unwrap, and toast in a pan or air-fry to crisp.
