High Protein Cheesy Garlic Chicken Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Season the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the seasoned chicken in a pan until fully cooked through and set aside.
  3. For garlic sauce, mix cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, light mayo, garlic paste, lemon juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and onion powder in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Prepare the rolls by placing some cooked chicken, garlic sauce, grated mozzarella, and grated cheddar onto each protein tortilla.
  5. Add chopped parsley onto each roll and fold to form burritos.
  6. Toast the rolls in a pan folded side down to seal each burrito.
  7. Allow the rolls to cool before wrapping individually in foil for storage.
  8. To reheat, remove foil, wrap in a wet paper towel, microwave for 5-6 minutes, unwrap, and toast in a pan or air-fry to crisp.
